Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in New York, New York. This role is within the industry and requires a candidate who can thoroughly review and confirm parking regulation signs in various New York City locations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Review and analyze video footage captured by the team, focusing on parking signs along curbsides within New York City. Confirm the accuracy of parking regulation signs by comparing them to pre-developed maps in PDF format. Undertake field surveys of curbsides within the city if the video footage is not sufficient for confirming parking regulations. Maintain accurate records of all reviews and surveys conducted. Collaborate with the team to ensure all data collected is accurate and up-to-date. Use basic office skills to manage and organize the data collected. Report any discrepancies found during the review of footage or field surveys. Ensure all tasks are completed within the set timelines and meet the required standards. Liaise with the relevant departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the data entry process. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while carrying out your duties. Requirements Possess basic office skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Ability to type quickly and accurately High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous Familiarity with data management systems is beneficial Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing work demands Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
