We are Data@M&TAbout the Role As a Data Management Senior, you will be a part of a vibrant team with the mission of enabling confident decision making by providing data that is accessible, trusted and understood through managing and reducing data risk. The team focuses on designing and implementing standardized, scalable solutions that identify, validate, and mitigate risks that include data trust, privacy, security, access, use and compliance. includes:- You will develop enterprise guidelines & policies for access control and set up appropriate access groups based on data classifications
- You will develop data privacy and classification guidelines & policies
- Work together with Technology and Cybersecurity to develop a Data Masking and Anonymization Strategy and assist with its implementation
- Use automation to improve our data platform controls
- Ensure our processes and controls are aligned to new Cloud Technology
- Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor our data assets and controls
- Provide updates and training to our data community related to our data assets, product enhancements, data access and issues
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience

- Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, graphing, and presentations with a working knowledge of financial models

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to apply intermediate knowledge of data management concepts, terminology, roles, and responsibilities
- Demonstrated data research experience through work experience
- Prior experience developing and/or implementing data management (e.g., data quality, data profiling, metadata, and lineage) in a local area with limited oversight
- Prior experience developing and/or implementing data governance policy and standards in a local area with limited oversight
- Demonstrated ability to draft business requirements
- Intermediate ability to navigate and retrieve data from databases directly and/or through API
- Experience with data management and query languages in big data environment or cloud environment
- Possesses intermediate familiarity with the data life cycle and can demonstrate how it influences assigned work
