Secondary Qualifications:
  • 84 Months of experience in System Development Life Cycle and requirements gathering application design, coding and testing.
  • 84 Months of experience in database design, data modeling, data hosting, data warehouse management, data integration and data analysis.
  • 84 Months of experience in a .NET, Oracle and SQL Server environments, SQL tuning, monitoring database; ensuring data integrity, security.
  • 84 Months of experience writing complex SQL against Oracle and SQL Server databases against Medicaid Data Warehouse claims.
  • 84 Months creating and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transfer, Load) processing, including batch scripting and console applications.
  • 84 Months of experience developing and supporting Medicaid Providers/Recipients Audits and Investigations-related case management software and modules for a federal or state agency, in a Microsoft .NET/C# platform and Oracle back-end environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
