We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Delivery Lead to play a key role in the success of our data strategy. You will be responsible for leading and shaping the delivery of high-impact data initiatives that seamlessly align with our broader business transformation.As a driving force within the Data & Analytics value stream, you will lead the development of innovative data capabilities, optimise existing services, and ensure tangible business impact. This role demands a highly organised, results-driven delivery professional with a proven track record in managing complex, data-centric projects and building high-performing, collaborative teams. You’ll also be willing to roll up your sleeves and support where is needed within the project delivery – so comfort working at both a detailed and strategic level is a must!Key ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of complex data projects within the Data & Analytics value stream.Drive the development of innovative data capabilities to support Vector’s transformation.Manage and influence cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success.Proactively identify and mitigate risks while resolving complex challenges.Translate technical data concepts into clear business value propositions.About You

You are a proactive and strategic Delivery Leader with a passion for data and analytics.
