Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Desktop Interfacing Technician position! This is a 3-5 month contract on-site in Buffalo, New York. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. What You'll Be Doing: •Implement Cisco DUO multi factor authentication for all logged-in users•Provide excellent customer service to users through installation, set-up, and usage•Provide technical support to users by answering questions and troubleshooting problems•Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate support level•Maintain outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate seamlessly with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization•Preserve passwords, data integrity and file system security for the computing environment•Implement upgrades on systems to guarantee longevity•Ascertain and repair hardware and network connectivity issues•Provide support for technical upgrading and maintaining of desktop systems•Assist in testing and deployment of new applications and systems What You'll Need to Have: •MFA experience required•Proven experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services•Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues•Time-management skills, ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution•Excellent verbal and written communication•Ability to prioritize and manage several projects efficientlyQuestions about any of our jobs?
