Desktop Support Level 1/2 for our client in

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to users on a variety of issues, including hardware and software problems, internet connectivity, and printer issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to users.
  • Document issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and software.
  • Work with other IT staff to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Image laptops
  • Patch networks
  • Provide end user support 24/7

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5+ year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Strong understanding of basic computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exposure to or Understanding of Citrix
