Summary:

Will be Single Point of Contact for all IT Related issues within the assigned area to include ownership of all IT Operation issues & ensuring escalations are communicated to the appropriate IT groups.
Provide technical & project support for infrastructure projects & operations initiatives.
Support all hardware & software on company computers as well as
provide 2nd-3rd level Desktop support.
Will install, troubleshoot and verify the operation of Microsoft Windows 10 (64 and 32-Bit) operating systems, and standard business applications, including computer systems, and associated peripherals.
Work with team to roll out hardware & software upgrades.
Implement new equipment & services, assist with new product testing & special projects.
Provide IT Training to customers to ensure the successful use of equipment.
Will travel to remote sites within a 30-minute to 5 hour radius as well as provide off hours support & on an on-call basis.Traveling will be reimbursed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be local to the 14891 Area, open to working 100% onsite, as well as traveling to the remote sites & be on an on-call basis.
A college or technical school degree is preferred, but not required. In place of a college degree, possessing a combination of any of the following certifications would be highly desired: A+, MCA, MCP, MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, Net+, Sec+, ITIL.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 10 OS Issues.
Minimum of 5 or more years of work-related experience required.
Experience in the following IT areas - PC, LAN, WAN, Site to Site VPN, Wireless, Database and Web\Cloud-based Applications, LANDesk, SCCM, MDT, PowerShell, and DOS-based applications are required.
Experience and knowledge of Server 2016 and 2019, Cisco Routers, and Switches.
The ability to set up and manage mobile devices(iPhones, Android, etc.) with Workspace ONE or similar MDM software is required.
Experience in setting up HP LaserJet Printers and Multi-Functional Devices required (Konica preferred).
Experience working with ITSM software required (Remedy preferred).
Prior experience in SCADA, GIS, and Gas Measurement applications preferred.
