Desktop Technician for our client in

New York, NY. Eclaro’s client is a leading technology solutions provider, collaborating with customers to manage their needs and achieve success in their business goals. If you’re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!

Responsibilities:
  • Desktop/Laptop/Thin Client/Desk phone/Webcam/Headset deployments
  • Troubleshoot onsite hardware/software/network issues
  • Configure mobile devices for new and existing users – install O365 applications, device management/MS authenticator, Yardi Maintenance Mobile.
  • Update/Close/Escalate tickets using ServiceNow and following up with the end users on open tickets
  • Install software for end users
  • Reset passwords in Active Directory
  • Update hardware inventory info, asset tags, and stock levels when equipment is installed, moved, or decommissioned using ServiceNow
