Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .The Digital Payments Lead Product Manager will be responsible for enhancing Wells Fargo's leading position in Digital Payments and Mobile Wallets by providing leadership for individual product and feature concentration areas that may change as the market evolves. Your responsibilities can include: developing the vision, strategy and roadmap for digital wallet and tokenization capabilities; providing business leadership to support delivery of the strategy; and managing the product lifecycle and end-of-life or other transitions as determined by market needs.The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the digital payments ecosystem, detailed knowledge of digital capabilities and mobile technologies, and an understanding of the different systems and processes that go into Credit Card transaction processing. This knowledge and experience will be leveraged to effectively lead and implement various digital wallet and tokenization projects, through close partnership with teams across the enterprise that include Digital, Marketing, Fraud, and Risk teams.Responsibilities include:Planning and defining requirements for digital wallet/digital payment products and features, including: driving the consumer experience, developing the detailed product plan, building the go-to-market strategy, identifying product success metrics and getting approval for the business case

Providing technical or portfolio subject matter expertise in working with internal and external partners to drive success of products and features, which includes assessing gaps, managing testing, and driving the launch decision

Tracking and understanding market trends, including industry, competitive, and technology trends related to digital wallet / digital payment such as contactless payment, IOT, new wallets, etc.

Seeking consumer insights and identifying unmet consumer needs related to digital wallet / digital payment products and features

Tracking and reporting on financial, consumer, product and market metrics

Critical success factors will include the ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships at all levels of the business and operational/functional areas, effectively communicate insights related to opportunities aligned with the Cards and Merchant Services strategic direction, and possess a customer-centric approach to everything you do.

Required Qualifications, US:5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels

Strong presentation skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile/Speed to Market project methodologies

Previous digital banking and/or payment industry experience

Experience working with credit card systems, online banking systems and digital wallets

Self-starter with ability to drive significant business results
