Job Description

  • Will groom and assist in the prioritization of the Brokerage.com backlog to support the Product Roadmap, with an understanding of each effort s value proposition for different lines of business while incorporating input from various business stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements: You will meet with various technical and non-technical stakeholdersincluding representatives from UX, analytics, content, front-end development, and business units to understand their goals, translate those goals into objectives, define requirements, and present to management. You will also lead and participate in requirement review sessions to drive consensus across internal teams and ensure the proposed solutions align with best practices.
  • Write clear user stories: You will translate business goals into actionable user stories for our delivery squad, outline requirements as acceptance criteria to support build efforts by the development team and use those criteria to demonstrate value to business stakeholders.
  • Support the Agile methodology: You will participate in daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning ceremonies. You will also assist in conducting sprint demos and accept completed user stories at the end of each sprint.
  • Lead user testing: You will coordinate stakeholder testing for each sprint and user acceptance testing prior to each release. You will also collect user feedback to identify issues and work with appropriate teams to address defects.
  • Ensure that product enhancements are executed: This role is expected to participate in all major Brokerage.com product deployments and minor releases, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction at every stage.
  • Help drive web personalization: You will assist in the implementation, operations, analysis, and management of the web personalization program on Brokerage.com. This includes owning Marketing s instance of Adobe Target and working with the user experience, front-end development, and analytics teams to establish best practices and guidance for other businesses leveraging the tool.
  • Assist in conducting performance analysis: You should be comfortable in a data-driven product environment. You will support a test-and-learn efforts by assisting with devising, launching, and assessing the impact of A/B and multivariate tests, familiarizing yourself with existing KPIs, helping to identify new ones, and responding to data with product enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience as a product owner or website/systems analyst with a track record of delivering new B2C website design systems. Experience with large-scale, high-visibility product initiatives involving technical, legal, and operational governance as well as regulatory requirements
  • Experience working within Agile methodology, Agile ceremonies, and MVP approach to product rollout
  • Proficiency translating high-level business goals into measurable objectives and technical requirements in an Agile development setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability distill complex problems into discrete fixes that can be resolved iteratively
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, analytics teams, and developers to deliver client-friendly products and user experiences
  • Polished written and verbal communications to influence and drive consensus within a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills, with ability to run a meeting and present to senior leaders
  • Experience conducting product testing with both internal stakeholders and external users
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with JIRA, JIVE, Sharepoint,
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (particularly Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics) preferred
  • Collaborative personality, with equal interest in sharing talents as learning from others
