The Director of Market Access Strategy – Hematology Lead is a member of Regeneron’s oncology commercial team, with accountability for market access engagements and activities in support of the commercialization efforts of Regeneron’s new hematology portfolio in the US. Initial focus will be on preparing launch-related materials and leading initiatives to assist with the anticipated approval of linvoseltamab and odronextamab. Responsibilities will include strategic support on cross-functional direction and US commercialization and access strategy.A Typical Day Might Look Like This:
Launch strategy, budget management, and implementation of launch components of Market Access including but not limited to:
Leadership of the extended Market Access Team
Market Access launch strategy of our launch products
Payer, field reimbursement, GPO team execution strategy, training and resources
Launch resources, including but not limited to patient support initiatives
Coding applications
Field team workshops / training
Reimbursement and HCP market access related assets
Assist in the refinement of the brand’s overall market access strategy, including launch planning
Lead the strategy and implementation initiatives focused on pharmacists, IDNs, GPOs, pathway providers, and other key non-prescribing stakeholders
Assist in annual brand planning, including market access strategy recommendations, initiative planning, and budgeting
Oversee the creation and development of print and digital market access promotional materials to support payer, sales, reimbursement, and GPO field force efforts
Help facilitate regular Market Access Advisory Committee meetings and partner with field teams to understand where and how to optimize market access initiatives and tactics
Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Regeneron activities.
This Position Might Be For You If:
Understanding of oncology market access and pricing landscape, and state/federal policy initiatives
In depth understanding of oncology pathways and the oncology distribution process
Understanding of REMS
Prior experience with inpatient, outpatient, and buy-and-bill reimbursement and coding
Prior experience with application submissions such as J and C codes and NTAP applications
Ability to comprehend complex brand strategies and help identify market access opportunities to employ them
Ability to execute tactical plans, work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work efficiently and creatively
Ability to present, interact, and influence through strategic recommendations
Must be willing to travel approximately 20%
Must be willing to travel on weekends to conferences and meetings, as needed
High degree of professionalism, ethics, and honesty with the ability to serve as a credible and passionate champion for the Regeneron Oncology franchise
Proven marketing planning and executional skills
