Director of FP&A

Description As our client, a dynamic and mission driven organization, continues to grow and expand their impact, they are seeking a talented Director of FP& A to join their team in NYC. This individual will play a crucial role in providing financial leadership and support across various functions within the organization. As the Director of FP& A, you will serve as the primary liaison for financial matters with key stakeholders, offering guidance on performance metrics and ad-hoc analytics. In addition, you will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting process, leveraging financial models for forecasting and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner closely with the accounting department to facilitate the closing process effectively, ensuring the maintenance of consistent financial reporting standards for grant proposals and reporting.
