To strengthen its leadership in respiratory health, Pfizer is entering into the diagnostics space with the acquisition of the Lucira rapid molecular COVID and COVID & Flu tests, as well as a Pfizer-branded rapid antigen test. The addition of diagnostics to Pfizer's respiratory offerings provides the last piece enabling end-to-end care across prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.ROLE SUMMARYAs a member of the newly formed Diagnostics Team, this role is responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts for HCPs. Pfizer's rapid molecular COVID & Flu asset is planned for an October 1, 2023 launch, while the rapid antigen test is planned for January 1, 2024 launch. In addition to setting the strategy for HCP engagement, this role will support the prelaunch work for both tests, working closely with the broader Commercial Diagnostics team and the Launch Operations Lead to drive commercial launch readiness. In addition, this individual will be charged with leading the development and execution of the operating plan, including management of brand performance of both products for HCP customers post-launch.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as HCP lead for all diagnostic commercialization efforts including but not limited to FF strategy, personal/non-personal resource development, and partnership with the launch team

Drive creation and execution of all HCP key messaging and resources across personal and non-personal channels; collaborate with CMO organization to deliver breakthrough campaigns and promotional efforts

Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with regulatory and medical colleagues to understand and pull through labeling and data updates

Serve as HCP point for labeling/product updates and execution across channels

Serve as HCP lead for all market research, messaging development, and integration needed across the portfolio

Understand key changes in the marketplace and leverage critical customer insights that will uncover and help capture the greatest growth opportunities for all products

Partner with Senior Director, Diagnostics Lead to develop and deliver senior leader presentations related to Diagnostics

Ensure strong market insight generation by leveraging strong partnerships with BAI colleagues

Support annual operating and tactical plan development process, focused on HCP strategy and activation

Monitor key promotional metrics to evaluate the success of key initiatives and optimize accordingly to maximize profitability

Continue to advance our emerging capabilities in independent HCP and other HCP channels (LTC, urgent care, etc.) interaction, digital marketing, and real-world data promotion

Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key and cross-functional partners, including but not limited to Field Force Leadership, GAV, Finance, Medical Affairs, Marketing Excellence, Corporate Communications, Regulatory, Legal, PCA, and PGS

Oversee strategies, tools, and tactics to support the Field Force including driving and designing clear and compelling POA meetings for the sales manager and the entire Field Force

Evolve the future of our Peer-to-Peer efforts in light of new policies and guidelines

Oversee segmentation and targeting strategies

Manage/oversee relevant agencies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, or Master's degree and 9+ years of experience, or Ph.D./PharmD and 7+ years of experience required.

Ability to travel 10% of the time

Prior HCP marketing experience

Strong familiarity with US healthcare landscape including HCP's, medical groups/integrated delivery networks, payers, and consumers

Able to actively contribute to create and operate in an environment that continuously encourages the implementation of innovative ideas and fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork across functional teams

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including agile way of working, solution oriented, the ability to influence and collaborate with peers and create business impact

In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
