Job Description

Full Time Dispatcher will work in our office.

Manage reservations from assignment to completion.

Utilize dispatching software

Receive and process phone calls, emails, messages, etc. from clients and drivers.

Track driver to ensure proper route and on-time arrival.

Requirements:

Must have experience in the dispatching field and multitasking skills (Computer, phone lines, messaging, email, etc.)

Need excellent communication skills and work

Excellent customer service for clients as well as fellow team.
