We are looking for full and part-time drivers that can be just as committed to the delivery, setup, and presentation of our product. As a member of our driver team, you will be delivering orders all over New York City in one of our fleet vehicles and representing M&G through customer interaction at drop-off locations. We want drivers that are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to match our commitment to providing the highest quality food.

This position is perfect for someone that likes to be on the move and have a wide variety of responsibilities. When you are not delivering customer orders, you will be preparing supplies and beverages for orders later in your shift, producing and preparing supplies for future orders, working directly with the Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator, and maintaining the quality of our vehicle fleet and facilities.

Duties include:

- Loading and delivery of breakfast and lunch catering orders

- Beverage and supply preparation for scheduled orders

- Setting up and displaying our product at the delivery site

- Customer interaction on the way to and at the delivery site

- Putting together the supplies and beverages for future orders

- Maintaining vehicle and production station upkeep

- Miscellaneous errands and tasks as needed

You will be perfect for this position if you:

- Are always on time and have no problem showing up as early as 5:30am-6:00am as needed

- Are detail-oriented and organized

- Are a great communicator

- Can drive safely and maintain the quality of our product at all times

- Have weekday and weekend availability

- Can work well within a team

- Can be positive and have a great attitude

- Have a passion for amazing food

Additional details:

- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available

- Flexible schedules

- Will be driving a Mercedes Benz Metris van and/or Cargo Van

For this position, you MUST HAVE:

- A valid drivers license

- A driving record with no major accidents

- Experience driving and parking in all NYC boroughs

- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- If hired, you will be required to complete the 6-Hour Point & Insurance Reduction Program (PIRP) through the American Safety Institute within one month of hiring if you have not already done so
