Note: This is 100% onsite project from Day1• Define and Implement Technology Strategy & Architecture in programs/initiatives• Produce conceptual and logical architectures to meet strategic business, financial and technology objectives through documentation of systems, architectures, process flows and value-chains• Ensure alignment of initiative and low level designs against the agreed architectures and technology strategies• Provide continuous feedback between strategic and implemented solution architecture• Manage tradeoffs between speed to market, quality and financial impact• Hands on in a broad scale of tools, technologies, and architecture models• Architects and design enterprise solutions that meet the product requirements to include security and compliance standards.• Work in Cloud / SaaS systems integration patterns and framework• Apply cloud-based infrastructure technology to the existing product stack• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client and their technical teams.• Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Project Management team to ensure the services are scoped appropriately and accurately to ensure effective services delivery.• Creating and maintaining technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution• Documenting and reviewing security controls, policies and procedures• Conducting research on products, services, protocols, and standards• Troubleshoot technical problems in an efficient and logical manner• Maintain a positive attitude and brand reputation internally and with customers and partners• Support the deployment of CRM/Integration customizations by creating installation procedures and documentation.• Custom programming to accommodate client requests.• Effectively communicate with management, finding optimal solutions to open issues quickly.• Create technical design documentation.• Participate in code implementation• Work closely with Technical Lead, project manager and business analyst to turn business requirements into coding specifications.MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered• 8 years of hands on experience in design and implementation of enterprise solutions.• Experience in implementing end to end enterprise system.• Identify the client's sales, marketing and customer service requirements through discovery meetings• Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom system.• Excellent client-facing skills including self-presentation and clarity of verbal and written communication. Able to negotiate and manage client concerns.DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • Microsoft related Certifications.• 6+ years of hands on technical experience managing with recent versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Azure and related technologies including but not limited to C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP and JavaScript.• Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools• Strong understanding of coding and supporting Microsoft technologies including:• Dynamics CRM 365 / Rest API ALM Toolkit• SQL / SSRS / SSIS • Azure • Data Migration / Integration• XRM JS / Node.js • OData / CRM Web API • Power BI• Fetch XML • HTML / JavaScript • PowerShell• .NET version 4.x • Visual Studio C#SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: N/A• Enterprise Data Architecture expertise and institutional knowledge of Data Analytics & Reporting Projects of HRO • BI/Reporting Designing Skillset to lead reporting team at HRO• SQL/Java/Power BI Technical Design Lead for guiding developers in HRO Team• Data Science Specialist for observing complex data trends and patternsThanks,Sam CNC Consulting, Inc.
