The Embedded Software Engineer will utilize C scripting to develop and engineer software to be embedded on physical devices that support the development of tactical communications equipment and other complex systems.Specific Skills Needed: Design, code, and test real-time embedded software to support radio or other communications products. Develop test suites for unit and system testing. Develop/update engineering process documents as required. Embedded C or C experience on an ARM (bare metal – processor) Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) experience preferred. Familiarity with UML design modeling techniques preferred, Magic Draw Ability to analyze and debug software and related hardware issues. Tools – svn, JIRA, Agile Scrum, Coverity, C, C Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field as well as at least 4 years of professional experience, or a master's degree and 2 years of related experience.
