Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Enterprise IT Manager position! This is a full time, direct hire role in Angola, New York - just 30 minutes from Buffalo! What You'll Be Doing: •Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities in the company•Manage the IT dept operations and support company-wide information technology needs •Lead large IT projects, including ERP system conversion and other computer-aided automation or efficiency improvement projects.•Play a lead role in defining IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes•Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs•Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance What You'll Need to Have: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience•Minimum 5 years of experience working in IT operations•Experience leading and managing large IT projects (including ERP conversion) and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies•Hands-on knowledge of computer systems, cyber security, network administration, database and data storage systems•Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills•Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize•A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices•Programming Skill not required but strongly desired. •Experience with manufacturing environments is a plus. •Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required, exhibiting initiatives and customer service-focused mentalityQuestions about any of our jobs?
