Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Inspections: Conduct comprehensive inspections and monitoring to ensure environmental compliance, focusing on hazardous materials management.

Remediation Management: Oversee and manage remediation projects, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

Sampling & Analysis: Perform soil and groundwater sampling to evaluate contamination levels and develop remediation strategies.

Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support regulatory compliance and project progress.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high environmental standards.

Regulatory Updates: Stay current with the latest environmental regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in environmental inspections and remediation monitoring.

Certifications: Valid NYS DOL Certifications and HAZMAT certifications.

Technical Expertise: Proven experience with hazardous materials inspections and soil/groundwater sampling techniques.

Government Projects: Experience working on projects involving New York City Government Agencies, particularly DASNY.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
