POSITION TITLE: ERP Process Analyst LOCATION: Onsite at LSI Solutions in Victor, NY SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $80,000 JOB SUMMARY: Analyzes all aspects of LSIs business operations and maps processes to ERP system solutions. Evaluates current state business processes that utilize the ERP system and identifies areas for improvement. Works with end users to understand the physical processes and how they translates to the logical processes within the ERP system. Develop ERP related work instructions where they are not existing and update work instructions where they do not reflect the current processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ERP Process Analyst I, II
Document ERP system work instructions for existing business processes.
Develop ERP system work instructions for new business processes.
Collaborate with end users and other subject matter experts to translate their business needs into system requirements.
Create, update, and maintain ERP system process workflows.
Identify gaps between physical and logical processes of the ERP system.
Assist in the development of system improvements.
Develop software test cases and execute test cases as part of system validation support.
Senior ERP Process Analyst

Lead implementation of major projects and initiatives.
Provide guidance in improving processes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
ERP Process Analyst I, II
Bachelor’s Degree preferred OR
Associate degree plus 4 years supporting/administering business systems (i.e., ERP, POS, CRM, etc.) OR
A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
Senior ERP Process Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years supporting/administering business systems (i.e. ERP, POS, CRM, etc.) OR
Associate degree plus 8 years’ experience supporting/administering ERP systems
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Capable of correctly analyzing and documenting processes.
Proficient with MS Office suite, including MS Visio.
Analytical problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
Project Management capability.
