Executive Assistant Location: Hybrid - NYCRight To HireInterview Process: Since this is temp to perm - it is a little extensive. There are about 4-5 "rounds" of interviews.Working Hrs 35-40 hours a week

Must Haves: 1) Longevity with an executive. They are looking for someone who wants to stay long term. Does NOT want to see resumes with job jumping after a couple of years.2) High level of verbal and written communication skills3) OK with tasks outside of a "normal" EA role.4) OK supporting other executives as needed5) Self Starter6) Motivated7) A people person, but assertiveWe are looking for an experienced executive assistant to support our chief communications officer (CCO) and our growing communications team. Your primary role will be to ensure your executive s planning is proactively coordinated in all aspects.The successful candidate will be able to anticipate the needs of the CCO and proactively coordinate and schedule team members. This role will be filled by a strategic thinker who can manage the executive s requirements with tact and ease.The Successful Candidate will:Be unflappable. While the hours for this role are US-based, the successful candidate will need to be flexible and available across time zones.The role also includes key executive assistant high-level skills activities, including:Managing the calendar and maximizing the executive s timePrecise executive travel planning and attention to detail, including variable and changing travel planningEnsuring that proper preparation and materials are available for each day's meetings and eventsArranging technical support including for corporate all-hands meetingsTeam project management - tracking team priorities, project status, assigned deliverables and action items - and organizing reports to roll up to the CCOMaintaining confidential files, including competitive and strategic planning informationScreening incoming telephone calls, mail and email Reviewing and prioritizing incoming requests and drafting or sending responses as necessaryPreparing and filing travel expensesManaging relationships with vendors, tracking expenses and ensuring departmental bills are being paidOccasional travel support for direct reports of the CCO may also be required

Experience Requirements: Five or more years experience as an administrative assistant, supporting senior management and at least two years working at an executive levelMust have worked with reputed clients and Knowledgeable of large corporation inner workingsExcellent writing skillsExpert at using the typical office software including documents, slides and spreadsheetsThe ideal candidate will be an experienced user of Google Suite and have experience with Slack
