Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant, in the contract capacity, to provide dedicated support to senior executives. As a vital member of the team, the Executive Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations and contributing to the success of the organization. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: -Calendar Management: Efficiently manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and resolving scheduling conflicts. -Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders by managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly. -Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, organize presentations, and ensure follow-ups for executive meetings. -Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting. -Administrative Tasks: Handle document management, reporting, data entry, and other administrative responsibilities to support executive operations. -Special Projects: Assist with research and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by executives. -Confidentiality: Exercise discretion and protect sensitive company information at all times. -Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.Requirements Qualifications: -Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership. -Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools; experience with project management software is a plus. -Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. -Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Attributes: detail oriented demeanor, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to anticipate executive needs.TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
