Expense Mgmnt –Install Expensify.Trace Charges F?T or P/T

COST ANALYST / EXPENSE INVESTIGATOR – PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME

CRC supplies technology to caseworkers, and non-profit entities. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person who can dig into our credit card charges, invoices, subscriptions, and vendor bills to figure out exactly what we’re spending and why. This is a hands-on, investigative role — not high-level finance.

Responsibilities:

Review credit card statements, invoices, and receipts

Log into various services to verify and explain charges

Identify unnecessary, duplicate, or excessive expenses

Track spending in spreadsheets

Recommend ways to reduce costs or eliminate waste

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable navigating online billing portals

Good Excel/Google Sheets skills

Organized, persistent, and able to follow a trail

Experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or cost analysis is a plus
