We are looking for a Floor Captain to join our team.

the ideal candidate will:

-Bring strong leadership skills to guide our floor team.

-Deliver warm, attentive and genuine hospitality in line with Bar Mario's standards.

-Support smooth service flow and communication between front and back of the house.

-Have prior experience in NYC Italian dining.

-Bartending abilities a big plus.
