What We Need From You:

Experience: Ability to work both plating and production shifts confidently and have some experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Pastry Production: Complete a daily pastry production list independently and in a timely manner.

Precision: Plate desserts precisely, neatly, and with consistency.

Mental and Physical Readiness: Come mentally and physically prepared for work on time, every shift.

Team Spirit: Work well with others and ask questions when needed.

Daily Tasks:

Production: Daily production of the menu, which includes breads, batters, doughs, ice creams, sorbets, and various weekend pastries.

Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes accurately.

Station Setup: Set up the pastry plating station swiftly and in an organized manner.

Plating and Expediting: Plate breads and desserts and expedite tickets for an 8-hour shift.

Communication: Communicate respectfully with both front and back of house management throughout the shift.

Problem Solving: Handle issues in the moment effectively.

Flexibility: Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Endurance: Stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift at least 40 pounds.
