Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with (3+ years required) experience in meal preparation and food handling. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Duties

-Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

-Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.

-Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.

-Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.

-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

-Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional food service to guests.

Qualifications

Proven three plus (3+) years of experience as a cook in a restaurant or catering environment is required.

Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
