Export Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Export Operator to ensure the timely and accurate processing of client export shipments to meet business and client needs. You will facilitate international end to end export operations, responsible for the supply chain of multiple shipments, and timely deliveries.

As an Export Operator, you will:

• Manage customer orders through booking freight, and tracking the order to its final destination
• Coordinate and liaise with airline, shipping lines and co-loaders to ensure smooth delivery
• Prepare and manage costs, invoices and reporting for each shipment as well as other ad hoc admin tasks

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of domestic and international supply chain management
• Exceptional time management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Willingness to learn and grow
