Facilities Maintenance MechanicSummary of Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Mechanic supportsEnterprise Service operations, inspections, and maintenance processes tomechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assignedfacilities. Has the ability to repair properties interior and exterior areas asneeded, including walls, flooring, furniture etc.ResponsibilitiesIncluded but not limited to thefollowing:

Ability to assemble and fasten materials using as needed hand tools, wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue

Ensure walkthrough of facility is completed daily, preforming inspections and report on existing conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations

· Completes all documentationfor work performed in a timely manner· Work closely with EventManagers· Oversee & perform dutiesassociated with events including executing event setups and ensuring breakdownsare completed on schedule with event space returned to its original setting

Responsible for providing weekly office move support.

Responsible for opening and closing all work order tickets in Corrigo in a timely fashion

Has the ability to recognize, analyze and assess issues and can provide informed professional recommendations for repair

Oversee scheduled maintenance activities and minor projects, providing direction to vendors to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work

Responsible for escalating any emergencies to Facility Manager in a timely manner

Complies with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas

Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.

Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials

Participate as a key team member in response to emergency situations.

Complete technical and safety training on time as required

Contribute to the account KPI’s and SLA’s.

Preform regular check ins with FM team

Attend periodic management/executive training seminars.

Maintain records of activities including preventative maintenance service and service requests

Escort third party vendors

RequirementsInclude but are not limited tothe following:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Basic knowledge of computer-based applications and programs including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Word.

Well organized and has good attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Candidate will be provided with tools required to perform assigned work scope

Ability to comply with both JLL and client-directed Policies & Procedures.

Must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment

Ability to lift 80 lbs.

Frequent climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead.

Able to work in adverse conditions.

Qualifications/Skills

Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers

Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines

Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety

Knowledge in service ticketing tool (Corrigo)

Flexible working schedule to cover shifts between the hours of 5am-9pm

Overtime and weekend work will be required to support repairs, maintenance, third party vendors and office move support
