Title: Field Manager Location: NYC (Onsite) No. of Positions Open: 4 Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 20 to 25 field team members for inventory of IT devices
Ensure team is delivering as per the defined goals reaching sites as per scheduled time, performing tasks within the expected timeframes and defined processes, escalating issues as required promptly
Build and maintain team roster
Provide guidance to team on escalation of issues and completion of tasks
Provide status reports to management team multiple times in a day
Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to improve throughput Monitor throughput of field operations against expected goals
