You drive it.     ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES      Position Summary:   The role of the IT Field Systems Technician is to support, maintain , and program onsite systems used in the ongoing hospitality operation . This includes hardware/software support, maintenance, installation, and ensuring operational effectiveness. Additionally, assisting in the delivery and improvement of software/hardware systems within the organization.   Responsibilities :

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of software/hardware

Implement systems to enhance field-level operations

Design, develop, and implement training programs as they relate to systems

Actively stay current on emerging technologies and issues in support of business efforts

Stay abreast of significant technological developments that may impact the business

Ensure effective use and operational oversight of field-level systems

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS   

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

At least 1+ year working in a similar role preferred

Knowledge of network infrastructures and core components

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, O365, and Windows environments

Ability to troubleshoot level 1 hardware and software errors

Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and effectively communicate pertinent information to management peers
