Trident Consulting is seeking a "

• Firmware Engineering. C based firmware development / support for ARM based SoCs.
• Able to understand hardware design (documents, analysis reports, test plans, test procedures, schematics, PCB Layout) Break Fix:
• With standardized analysis techniques for identification of Root Cause
• With impact analysis assisted by sequence diagrams and use case models

• Feature Enhancements, minimal Impact on features
• Unit test with standardized unit test framework
• Layered reviews through tools
• Improve scalability and maintainability of Code
• With minor architectural modification
• CI/CD improvements as feasible Code optimization
• Improving debugging and Testing Efficiency
• Continuous quality improvements in the areas of scope of work.
• Addition of new debug events
• Improve automation using standardized tools
• Innovation/Enablers
• Simulators/Emulators in place of real hardware, based on technical feasibility.
• Remote enablement to access devices in other location, wherever feasible.
• Supports Project Leads and Embedded Lead in updating firmware solutions
• Ability to understand and write embedded C code, assembly language, PC scripts, Python, usage of compiler and tools used for embedded development (e.g., Kiel, IAR workbench, Greenhills etc.).
• Interacts with Firmware and Embedded Software teams and supports them in troubleshooting issues.
• Responsible for generating all technical artifacts related for the project
