Fixed Income Market Support

Tradeweb is seeking a service-oriented, results-driven candidate to join our Tradeweb Direct business. This persons primary responsibility will be to serve as front line point of contact for clients executing trades on our retail fixed income trading platform.

• Acting as key client contact for all aspects of platform
• Establishing strong relationships with clients at dealer firms
• Working closely with our sales team to assist with trader coverage on the platform
• Responding in a timely manner to client inquiries and resolving trading issues
• Triage and escalation of technical issues to appropriate teams
• Monitoring trades, establishing proper dispensation of orders
• Ensuring accurate security master data delivered by our sec master provider as well as adding/editing accurate sec master data when needed data entry involved

• Ability to multitask in a fast moving, high pressure environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of all Fixed Income asset classes
• Working knowledge of fixed income markets (1 3 years experience)
• Series 7 and 63 preferred
• Excellent work ethic with high level of initiative
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Extremely comfortable with technology proficient with full MS Office suite
