Floor Manager $25-$27/hr!

Mil Gustos Hospitality Group an LGBTQ Owned company located in beautiful Park Slope, Brooklyn is looking for strong and independent Floor Manager for one of its restaurants Medusa The Greek!

The ideal candidate has have worked in a high end fast paced NYC restaurant for 2+ years with management experience. This applicant must be polished and knows how to maintain a positive work atmosphere. Leading by example, they act and communicate in a way that provides a great guest experience. Will be responsible for managing the host stand and dining room floor. Will oversee FOH staff. Responsible for positive customer experience, table touching, FOH Schedules (hot schedules), training, payroll, and pre-shift meetings.

This position will be 40 hours 5 days a week.

Lots of Growth Potential within the organization.

Must have NYC Food handlers.

Tips Certified

Requirements of the Floor Manager:

2+ years of restaurant management experience. Must have experience working in high volume restaurant.

Must be passionate about customer service and restaurant operation.

Proven leadership and training skills.

Barista Experience

NYC Food Handlers Certificate

Bilingual Greek
