Floral Designer – Midtown Manhattan

Well-established Midtown Manhattan flower shop is seeking an experienced floral designer to join a small, professional team.

This role is best suited for someone who is confident in their design skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume city environment.

Ideal candidate has:

- Solid experience in floral design (retail required; event experience a plus)

- Strong understanding of color theory, proportion, and floral mechanics

- Ability to execute designs efficiently while maintaining quality

- Experience handling custom orders and daily production

- A professional, dependable work ethic and strong time management

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to support general shop operations when needed

Schedule & Compensation:

- Part-time with opportunity for additional hours

- Weekday availability required; occasional weekends
