FOH - Servers & Baristas

We're looking for Servers and Baristas to join our warm and welcoming team.

Pan Pan Vino Vino is a small neighborhood spot where we take pride in serving our community of regulars with genuine warmth, personality, and great quality.

Our bakery team produces fresh breads, pastries, and sandwiches daily, while our wine bar features small plates paired with a curated, rotating selection of natural wines from small producers using sustainable practices.

Server Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and personality.

- Educate guests on our rotating natural wine selection, small plates, and bakery offerings.

- Assist with wine recommendations and pairings tailored to guests’ tastes and preferences.

- Prepare and maintain the wine bar, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked space.

- Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily reports.

- Stay informed about our sustainable wine producers and share their stories with guests.

- Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless dining experience.

Barista Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas, adhering to our standards.

- Assist customers with bakery selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations.

- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring it is cleaned and functioning properly.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and seating area.

- Manage inventory of coffee, milk, and other barista supplies.

- Work as part of the team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

- Provide friendly and welcoming service that reflects our neighborhood vibe.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a server or barista (or both!) is required

- Great communication skills and a positive attitude

- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- A love for connecting with guests and building relationships with regulars
