Funny Face Bakery General Manager/Store Supervisor

At Funny Face Bakery, we're on the lookout for a dynamic General Manager/Store Supervisor to oversee operations at both our Seaport and Lafayette locations and help expand our growing bakery!

Our General Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our bakeries. Here's a glimpse of what the role entails:

Anticipating daily demand

Supporting and nurturing our team members

Ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high morale

Coordinating payroll and scheduling

Baking delicious cookies, of course!

Training staff on baking techniques and quantity management depending on daily demand

Managing cash deposits

Daily inventory counts at both locations (with support from store managers)

Requesting inventory from Production

Forecasting inventory needs for busy commercial days like the Super Bowl and Valentine's Day!

We're seeking a candidate with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, a passion for fostering team growth, and stellar project management and operational skills. Bonus points if you're a die-hard fan of pop culture!

Here's what we're looking for:

5-8 years of prior supervisory experience in a food/beverage environment

Food Protection Certificate required

A passion for being part of a startup and making your mark!

Love for both the people and business sides of the food industry
