General Maintenance

Looking for dependable applicants with different skill levels. Hours are first shift M-F and possibly some Saturdays. No “off book” work. Job includes maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences.

Applicants must live within a reasonable distance from Waverly, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Earbuds are not allowed.

Must be clean cut, with no facial tattoos, facial piercings, or unconventional hair color.

Pay $15.50 hourly or/ is based on experience.
