Located in the heart of NYC in the iconic Herald Square neighborhood, this Black Tap flagship takes the vibes and design from our OG in SoHo and amplifies them.

General Manager to take on this flagship location, which has multi-unit responsibilities within a hotel setting.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing financial budgets, implementing business strategies, and ensuring the achievement of company objectives. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with department heads, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. The General Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training, as well as supporting a strong and hospitable team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Proven Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development skills

Financial Budgeting, Business Strategy Implementation, and Operational Efficiency skills

Customer Satisfaction and Compliance Management Skills

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Recent similar experience and solid professional references a must!
