We are hiring for the positions of Concrete Craftsman, focused on site preparation, concrete placement, and concrete finishing; Class A/B Driver; focused on material transport and assisting our install crews during concrete placement and finishing; Sealing Technician, focused on maintenance of existing projects installed by Real Help; and Rehab Technician, focused on the restoration of existing concrete surfaces.

The starting salary will be based upon position and experience, with a range of $20-35 per hour, with an average work week of approximately 45-50 hours per week. Our work week is Monday-Friday, with Saturdays reserved only for overflow if rain delays our progress during the week. We offer a variety of benefits to our team members.
