Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.What you’ll doAs a Global Supply Chain Materials leader or analyst or planner, you will work globally across multiple sites to collect, support the raw materials management versus the global demand. You will have a direct impact on strategic materials initiatives including In Region for Region, global transfer of work, and inventory strategies. Primary areas of collaboration will include sourcing, logistics, procurement, and inventory management of materials for the global distribution of product.Maintain healthy raw materials stock levels and flows for each site by keeping all stock types within acceptable ranges aligned with the global demand and the finish goods strategy by site

Deploy and support Standard Operating Procedures, performance reporting, and operating rhythms to promote a transparent environment that is focused around our global commitment to service our customers.

Partner with Production Planning, Materials, Sourcing and Sales and Operations Planning teams to identify opportunities in Inventory management for raw materials.

Analyze global inventory flow planning and forecasted availability; includes tracking forecast accuracy for new flow and replenishment to identify stocking risk and coordinating operational visibility with the Sales Operations planning team.

Manage and track performance trends impacting inventory availability and make recommendations around planning assumptions to site S&OP teams.

Individual needs a to have an analytical skill set with experience in multiple tools such as Oracle, Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc. Participate in and contribute to large and complex projects to develop tools and organization capabilities to support a data driven supply chain. Own assigned tasks and resolve general problems with minimal guidance. Act as subject matter expert and train others to use core models and data tools.

Who you areBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or relevant field

5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing/ supply chain environment

Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes

Experience using an ERP/MRP system in a manufacturing environment

Strategic approach to business solutions

Innate attention to detail combined with strong analytical skills

Excellent soft skills and ability to work effectively with all levels internally and externally

Strong project management and process development skills

Ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment

Available for some international travel based on the different site locations
