We are looking for a Global Media Project Manager located in the Tri-State area who will work remotely but who can come in occasionally for meetings. This is a long-term contract that initially will be 12 months in duration but is likely to be extended and be multi-year.
Employment Type: ContractDuration: 12 monthsPreferred Location: Tri-State Area, come in periodically for meetings Role Description:- Project Ownership: You will be the lynchpin of the program, knowing and running all aspects of the projects to ensure they run seamlessly - scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing comms, workflows and undertaking detailed project planning and documentation (i.e. project deliverables, timings, success criteria, risk management etc) including escalating risks and issues, as required.
- Process Creation & Coordination: Identifying and implementing appropriate processes that will make the projects more effective and efficient for the global team as well as the markets.
- Stakeholder, Team & Agency Management: You will be skilled at stakeholder management, both globally and locally located, including upwards communication as well as close liaison with your peers to ensure any risks, potential opportunities and synergies can be managed appropriately. You will also be instrumental in agency communication and management, ensuring they deliver the right strategic and activation support.
- Business prioritization: You will be the spokesperson for ensuring the team aligns with business and market priorities.
- KPI Management & Tracking: You will monitor and track the success of the projects, helping to feed into monthly and quarterly updates for the business.
- Data & Operations: driving compliant data acquisition and partnerships as well as effective storage and usage of data to enrich the consumer experience
- Media, Content, Search & Owned Properties: continuously optimizing media across all touchpoints (including biddable media), increasing the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of our content as well as ensuring we win in our engagement with consumers across search and owned properties
- Digital Deployment and Marketing Effectiveness: translating, aligning and rolling out global strategy to the regions and markets, ensuring the deliver against market needs and receive the right support and analytics to ensure they deliver against their regional goals, laddering up to the global ambition.
- The Project Manager will be pivotal in the direction, coordination and implementation of the strategies.
- You will be an experienced project manger who is comfortable in dealing with highly complex projects and navigating ambiguity.
- Comprehensive digital project management expertise (7+ years), ideally with global experience and have a knowledge of brands, performance media, content and data.
- You will have a strong general knowledge of digital, confident and capable of holding your own with technical experts.
- Demonstrable results in large scale project management with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst being detail-orientated.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, able to draft and present clear reports.
- Used to working with a variety of stakeholders that may be located globally or locally.
- Adept at risk management, able to upward communicate and find solutions.
- Experienced at managing change in a complex environment
- Qualification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, APMP, ILM) or equivalent advantageous
