Degree required - Associates or Bachelors from an accredited college/University.This role is located in New York City and will be onsite when city reopens.We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our creative team designing and developing on-screen and printed materials to support high-stakes, new business initiatives.The qualifying candidate will be extremely organized and have a critical eye for detail with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, sophistication, and resourcefulness. A high-level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and PowerPoint is required.This role reports to the Senior Creative Director in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Qualifying candidates will have at least 5 years of experience (ideally in a real estate and/or corporate setting).

Responsibilities:
  • Create custom digital and print materials including PowerPoint pitch presentations, offering memorandums, RFP responses, infographics, 2D and 3D maps, iconography, tables, charts, and leave behind books.
  • Translate text-heavy information and financial data into compelling visuals that best support targeted business objectives.
  • Work with high-level executives, associates and financial analysts to gather information that informs a creative and tailored approach to client deliverables.
  • Take direction from Senior Creative Director as it relates to approaching projects efficiently and prioritizing competing tasks.
  • Develop, manage, and enforce compliance of shared group processes and standards including asset creation and creative resource management.
  • Coordinate and produce in-house printed materials in-house (printing, binding, etc)

Technical Qualifications:
  • Mastery of core Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to use the program as a design medium
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental design principles including typography, page layout, color sense, and composition
  • Skilled at integrating assets generated from core Adobe programs into PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with GIS and 3D programs is a plus
  • Familiarity designing with HTML, CSS, & Javascript is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word (formatting, style application) and Microsoft Excel (editing data for creation of charts and graphs in PowerPoint)
