Salary Range: $60,000- $70,000 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting the Creative Services team in day-to-day design requests for both print and digital environments. The JD is a dynamic individual with an acute attention to detail and a broad interest in creative storytelling with a focus on supporting restaurant operations. This person j oins a team responsible for innovative campaigns and designs, bringing our products, people, and brand to life across all channels. Eligible candidates must share a digital portfolio of prior creative work. Candidates should apply if they are organized, detail-oriented individuals. As part of the Marketing Communications team, they will assist OTG’s Creative Services team and content development functions and work cross functionally to assist the development of OTG’s visual language across all brand touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Creative Services team in day-to-day design requests for both print and digital environments, supporting restaurant operations and cross-departmental graphic needs.
Maintain and update a catalog of print and digital menus, adhering to brand standards for a large portfolio of restaurant concepts.
Work with Marketing Communications team to draft creative direction that evolves and distinguishes the OTG brand, consistency, and vision.
Translate marketing, creative, and strategic objectives into branded assets that drive guest engagement, adapting to different channels.
Maintain library of graphic assets including branding, photography, and working files and follow best practices for file management.
Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with peers and leadership.
Set up files for print production and work with vendors to fabricate, print and ship creative materials to airports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or other design field.
1-2 years of experience assisting creative production for a multi-unit operation, internships included.
Abstract thinker with creative energy, confidence and self-motivation. Awareness of hospitality and restaurant industries.
Understands creative strategy and creating visual language to support it.
Remains positive under pressure, ideally with a sense of humor.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Portfolio showcasing range of work and understanding of design principles; strong sense of layout, hierarchy, typography and formatting.
Experience with designing for print and knowledge of printing specifications and production processes.
Attention to detail and precision in work; ability to write, edit and review copy.
Understands creative strategy and creating visual language to support it.
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication , interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Video, animation and illustration experience a plus.
