Handyperson

Coop community seeking a handyperson. Experience required. Responsible for basic buildings repairs such as painting, plumbing, light carpentry, and repairs to other building related systems. Heavy outdoor and indoor building maintenance. Must assists building superintendent with various maintenance tasks;. Complete work orders, miscellaneous repairs. Must have basic tools.
