The Help Desk Manager will play an integral role in management and integration of the systems and help desk.

DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Help Desk Manager will be to lead the systems/help desk. This individual will be directly reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.

  • Provide escalation of any systems
  • Troubleshoot various network and software
  • Monitor and track the ticketing system
  • Lead a team - manage their daily work and performance
  • Improve the overall technology service
  • Work closely with any external vendors

ProfileThe successful Help Desk Manager will have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ Years of experience
  • People management experience
  • Azure
  • Windows 10
