Technical Support, Level 2Hybrid Remote / Onsite in New York, NY (Manhattan)6 month contract (W2 employee of CDW) CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst! In this role, you will support internal employees with their technology challenges – desktop, mobile device, connectivity, passwords, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling technical issues and working with people.

Required expertise includes:
  • 3-5 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
  • Experience supporting Windows and Max OS
  • Hands on experience with hardware (desktops, laptops, printers)
  • Experience with Intune, Jamf, AzureAD, O365, Google workspace
  • Understand of Cloud environments
  • Knowledge of desktop applications such as MS Office, Outlook, etc.
  • Understanding of internet / network connectivity, password management, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer friendly demeanor.
