Immediately seeking to hire full time HHA/PCA Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule homecare services for clients, taking into account their needs and preferences.

Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Monitor the quality of care provided and promptly address any concerns or issues.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of client information and care services.

Provide support and guidance to caregivers to ensure they have the necessary resources and training.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in homecare coordination.

Strong organizational and communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and caregivers.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software is desirable.
