Assisting is day to day operations of a Hospitalist Department. Tasks include but are not limited to, data entry, answering phones, emails, meeting set ups, and manager support.What you will need:A minimum of 3-5 years of secretarial/office experience at the administrative levelExcellent organizational and operational management skillsFunction independently with ability to make and carryout decisionsComputer skills (Microsoft Office / Access/ Kronos)Medical transcriptionData entryExcellent written and verbal skillsAbility to record and transcribe minutesOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionPay Range: $19.20-$25.58Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
