Lead End-to-End Integration Architecture from strategy to execution, collaborating with a global team embedding business adoption of employee lifecycle platforms.

Provide expert-level advice and knowledge for establishing a smart international content strategy integrating a digital ecosystem transformation, understanding intranet, social, search, digital assistants, mobile app channels, etc. to be synthesized from multiple platforms for a positive digital employee experience.

Serve as primary business and IT Liaison with HR business and tech teams on complex integration issues, and supports the development of technical, operational, and functional requirements as well as the required interface agreements and MOUs.

Document as is and collaboratively define future state digital ecosystems for HR integration business solutions, enable digital integration roadmaps, and analyze business needs.

Implement best practices for security and data integrity and interoperability.

Partner with cross functional teams to establish change management activities, plan resource alignment, identify priority adjustments, and identify needed skill sets.

Analyzes and documents users’ functional and data requirements to help determine technical requirements and architectural design options for specific HR domains.

Document and define intelligent automation journeys to streamline workflows, determine data requirements for both internal and external interfaces.

Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months of experience in each of the following:

Working as an Integration Architect, Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant

Working as technical lead for MuleSoft and API management integration projects

Full MuleSoft development life cycle project experience and providing architecture analysis, building and testing MuleSoft integrations

Working with software systems including product development, software engineering, and working with API development or troubleshooting

Communicating with technical and business audiences at prospects or clients

Enterprise technology stack

Demonstrating knowledge of industry integration technology areas and trends

One or more programming languages for API development, as well as all stages of API

API specifications and troubleshooting scripting

Leading the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise class solutions in customer-facing environments

Advising management and tech teams, inside and outside own organization, on system architecture, technical results, or risks

API design standards, patterns, and best-practices

API management platforms and API related activities: requirement analysis, solution architecture and design, resource-based API modeling, micro-services architecture

MuleSoft integration platform

Integrating solutions using cloud-based technologies

Platforms integration mobile, web, portal, and related technologies

Promoting quality control practices through continuous integration and continuous deployment efforts and assist with activities necessary to remain compliant and ensure security requirements are met

Systems integration and test, system verification and validation, and systems engineering

Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.
