HR Generalist

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in White Plains, New York. Reporting to the HR Director, your primary role will involve managing, organizing, and maintaining HR-related documentation. You will also be tasked with streamlining the onboarding process and documenting various procedures and processes. This role provides an excellent opportunity to exercise and enhance your skills in personnel file maintenance, documentation, and department procedures.Responsibilities: Go through boxes of HR-related documentation, determining what needs to be kept and what can be discarded Organize all HR-related documentation for easy access and reference Review and streamline the onboarding process to enhance efficiency Document various HR procedures and processes for future reference Collaborate closely with the HR Director to gather and document his intellectual capital Maintain accurate personnel files, ensuring all documents are up to date Assist in the development of department procedures Address any queries or issues related to HR documentation and procedures Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR compliance at all times Perform other HR-related duties as assignedRequirements Proficiency in Personnel File Maintenance Familiarity with Department Procedures and their implementation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
